Privacy, terms and refunds
The plain-language policy for buying from Allen1. Written for humans; it applies to every order placed on this site.
What we receive and what we do with it
When you place an order we receive your email address, the brief you write, and any file you attach (up to 4 MB). We use them only to do your work, deliver it and support you. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your files are stored while your order is open and are not published anywhere. Payment is handled by our payment processor, which receives your card details directly — Allen1 never sees or stores your card number.
You can ask us at any time to delete your data: reply to any delivery email from the address you ordered with, and we remove the order contents from our systems.
What we deliver
Each service page states exactly what is delivered, in which file formats, and the delivery time for each tier. Times are counted in business hours from a confirmed payment.
Data services include a quality check: the delivered file is re-verified (for example, row counts must match the source) before it is marked delivered.
Work that cannot be finished automatically is reviewed by a person before the deadline, or the order is refunded. Every order includes two revisions: reply to the delivery email and tell us what to adjust.
Prices and payments
All prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. One payment per order; no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Payments are processed by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. A test mode exists for the owner's own checks; test orders are labelled and no real money moves.
Refunds
If we miss the promised delivery time, or the delivered work does not do what the service page promised and we cannot fix it with the included revisions, you get a full refund, issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
To request a refund, reply to your delivery or status email with the order link. We answer every request within one business day.
